How do I install QuickLoad for JMP?
- You can download the latest version here.
- The download will be a .jmpaddin file that works for both Windows and Mac. You can either double-click this in Explorer or Finder, or open it in JMP. Either way this will install QuickLoad for JMP.
- You should now have an STDF QuickLoad item on the File menu. Click this to start QuickLoad for JMP and proceed with selecting stdf files to analyze.
How do I install the license key?
To install the license file on Vista, Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11, put the license in folder “c:\users\john\Appdata\Roaming\spry”, assuming the user login is john. On Mac OS X store it in your home directory. On Windows XP, please save the file in a directory called “c:\documents and settings\john\AppData\Roaming\spry”, again assuming user john. The file should be named “.quickLoadJmp.license” .
Does it work on JMP 16 or on Mac OS X?
Yes to both questions. The QuickLoad for JMP addin works on Windows 32-bit or 64-bit, Mac OS X and JMP versions 9 to 16.
QuickLoad for JMP says my license key is expired but I purchased a permanent license
- There are several possible problems:
- Your license key is not correctly installed. Please see the instructions above to correct this
- You have an old version of QuickLoad for JMP and recently installed a new version of JMP. If this is the case, you need to install a newer version of QuickLoad for JMP from
- You have a valid key but it is older and your maintenance is expired and you have installed a new QuickLoad for JMP version. You can request a quote from us to renew maintenance or install an older version of QuickLoad for JMP.
