Immediately Solve Common STDF Problems
QuickChange provides a set of commands allowing you to convert your STDF files to CSV or JMP JSL. You can also replace or alter specific data to correct data entry, configuration, tester interface limitation and similar errors that allow incorrect data into your files. These commands can be run directly or included in scripts. STDF QuickChange includes
- DataFileFilter, our stdf filter that loads an stdf file, changes field values using rules you specify, and then saves the changed file. For example you can change the lotid like this: filter.bat lot_id mynewlot c:\work\test.stdf
- STDF Converter is a batch STDF processor. It can read one more stdf files and generate output files in CSV and other common formats. Output files can include parametric results, bin summaries or just about anything else from STDF files.
Access Your Data Programmatically
Spry Software’s QuickChange STDF library uses the same STDF reading and writing technology as QuickEdit to allow direct access to your data from your Java program. This powerful capability allows your existing analysis tools to use your ATE data without you having to master STDF or write file format-specific code. Our libraries have been used and supported since 2005 and are more reliable and comprehensive then the open source alternatives. Try them for your next custom STDF project and see how much you time and money you save using our complete APIs and our high-quality support. Interested?
